NDC Kuwait, founded through the partnership of Al-Nukhbah Al-Wataniya and DCarbon Global, is the Kuwait Sustainability & Climate Center of Excellence.

This strategic collaboration merges Al-Nukhbah’s local expertise with DCarbon Global’s international leadership in sustainability and ESG, positioning the Center as a national and regional hub for knowledge transfer, capacity building, policy support, and innovation in climate resilience.

As the legal representative of DCarbon Global in Kuwait, Al-Nukhbah draws upon its role as consultant to international organizations, national governments, and regulators on sustainability and climate change. With affiliations including IFRS Sustainability Alliance membership, TCFD signatory, GRI global training partnership, and UNEP PRB & PRI consultancy, alongside a team of in-house scientists, academicians, and ESG finance experts, the Center brings a wealth of experience spanning Europe, MENA, and GCC. Since 2015, this combined expertise has delivered trusted solutions in ESG reporting, ratings, and sustainable finance, driving impact for organizations and shaping the future of the GCC’s sustainable economy.
